Cycling

It's a highly effective cardio and strength workout. In one 45-minute class, you’ll ride a stationary bike to the beat of awesome music—and burn up to 600 calories in the process. Not only will your lungs be pumping, you'll also work your glutes, calves, quads, hamstrings, and core.

As an organized activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting. It is commonly called spinning.

Pilates

Joseph Hubertus Pilates created and developed this amazingly effective postural gymnastics method, calling it "Contrology". The Pilates method consists in a code of exercises that improve posture, body strength, alignment, balance between all muscles, and range of motion. As a result, the body becomes more functional, it develops a harmonic rhythm of movement and gains health and vitality.

Pilates has something to offer people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness, from beginners to elite athletes. The apparatus can be used to provide support for beginners and people with certain medical conditions, as well as resistance for people looking to challenge their body. Before starting any exercise programme, it's advisable to seek advice from your GP or a health professional if you have any health concerns, such as a health condition or an injury.

Hatha yoga

It is a powerful and intense class. Asanas practiced are based on static positions worked out with strong focus on postural details, lengthening the spine, opening hips and expanding the breathing. Positions are hold for minimum of 3 to 5 complete breaths. It’s an intense practice that brings many benefits in terms of posture, flexibility, strength and mind focus.

Circuit

EPOC = means Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption and indicates a steady increase of the metabolism after exercise.This class is conceived to increase the metabolic rate of the body: you will burn more calories and fat for long periods after this intense training. The body will be more active, tonic and functional.

Production of growth hormones: Boosting production of growth hormones is the secret of changing your body shape and weight loss!

Weight loss: Improving fitness training sessions due to high intensity combined with short periods of recovery, moving beyond the anaerobic level, so that you could be more fit!

Involving more muscle fibers: Every time you move, you put into work the main categories of muscles, but if you want to maximize the effects of exercises, then you have to use all types of muscles.

Exercising muscles around the core, X-CORE provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.

The session increases functionality of the whole body.

Metabolic Body Workout

Metabolic training is completing structural and compound exercises with little rest in between exercises in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout. Metabolic Training Uses Large Muscle Groups that require a maximum amount of energy because multiple joints are involved.Metabolic training involves high intensity anaerobic exercises that makes you breathless, meaning that you should be lifting as heavy as you can and resting as little as possible between sets. A metabolic workout should help create a burning sensation in your muscles as you are working out.It Improves cardiovascular capacity and hormonal profile; strength training in general has been shown to help improve hormonal profile, and metabolic training is the best type of strength training to elicit the most powerful hormonal response. The calorie burn during a workout is easily around 500 calories for a 30 minute workout, but it also increases metabolic rate from anywhere between 10% to 25% for up to 48 hours, with some studies showing an increase in metabolic rate for up to even 72 hours.

Tabata

Tabata is a high-intensity workout protocol that has fitness and weight-loss benefits and incorporates many exercises and types of equipment which improves endurance and efficiency. It offers the maximum benefit with the least amount of time used to get those results and it also keeps your metabolism running on high gear. One of the greatest benefits of anaerobic training is that your body keeps burning fat for 24 hours after your workout. So the amount of fat that can be burned using Tabata training is what draws many people to using it. As a weight loss tactic Tabata training will raise your metabolism and heart rate immediately. Since you are performing these exercises at a very high intensity, your body will have to work much harder to keep it up. This will cause your heart to pump fast and your metabolism to jump, which you want if you are planning on losing fat. Your metabolism will stay at that high not only during the workout, but after the workout as well.
